In this spotlight we introduce our fresh and delicious products through the farms that grow them from sustainable vegetable fields to organic dairy farms to regenerative grain operations all contributing their passion and hard work. The stories of these farms are about community and respect for the earth where they live and grow.

Gallatin Valley Produce

The farm is located just outside of Bozeman in the Gallatin Valley and is a third generation farm that has been owned by the Johnson family for more than 30 years. Their farm specializes in growing seasonal vegetables, such as heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, carrots, and assorted greens, ensuring that the soil is healthy and productive. One of the things that distinguishes this farm from others in the valley is that they are committed to sustainable farming practices. The owners utilize a variety of different methods to preserve the land for future generations, including crop rotation, composting, and limiting the use of agricultural chemicals. Amaltheia Organic Dairy

Amaltheia Organic Dairy has established itself as one of the most well known producers of high-quality goat milk products in the Gallatin Valley. They are a small, family-owned and operated dairy founded on the principles of animal welfare and organic agriculture. They produce handcrafted quality cheeses including chèvre and feta. All of their goats are raised on pasture, treated humanely every day through a strict commitment to organic agriculture standards, and receive high levels of care. Additionally, the farm takes pride in maintaining an environment that promotes animal and environmental health, providing clean conditions for goats and using environmentally responsible waste management methods. By staying true to their commitment to handmade products and small batch production, Amaltheia provides customers with a wide variety of quality products.

Living Sky Grains

Living Sky Grains is a farm located in Three Forks, Montana, that produces grain products using regenerative agriculture methods adapted to Montana's climate. Their primary goal is to improve the biological makeup of the soil they grow on by using no-till practices and growing different types of crops. No-till farming involves minimal disturbance of the soil, while cover cropping helps to create a protective layer over the soil to help conserve moisture and reduce erosion, both of which are essential in arid regions like Montana. This type of farming also allows for the grinding and processing of grains close to where they were harvested, allowing for more freshness and nutrition. They believe their responsibility is to restore the health of the land and provide their community with high-quality food.
